I've used Dr. Glauberman's cd's before. Was glad an affordable, downloadable mp3 was available for my upcoming interview. Because I used his Quest for Excellence, everything I visualized with the program was exactly what happened and I got the job, the imagery was accurate down to the handshake. I use it every week now for job performance and other things. I love this mp3 very much.

The listening experience is great, but the real benefit is the impact its had. The instructions make it very easy to visualize what you want. The most amazing benefit to me is the 'final stage of excellence' that I was visualizing.. when I first started the series, I had an idea of where I wanted to be, but it seemed totally impossible to me. I've only been listening now for 2 or 3 weeks, and already I've been directed to specific tools that would help me accomplish my goals and achieve what I wanted to achieve that I had no idea about before listening to this series. I really believe the visualization and the impact of these recordings has helped manifest the necessary skills for me to learn to get to that final stage.

This series has made me a believer in Dr. Glauberman and his technique. I just bought several other recordings because of how effective this one has been.
